The ultimate burger

Serves 2 If you’re looking for the ultimate burger, add a dash of extra-virgin olive oil and let your taste buds explode.  #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 2 5 oz. beef burgers 2 round burger buns 2 slices of bacon Arugula leaves 2 slices of Cheddar cheese 1 ripe tomato 1 onion Extra-virgin olive oil Instructions:

Cook the burgers in a hot frying pan or large hotplate with a dash of extra-virgin olive oil 

When the juices begin to flow, cut the buns in half and add them to the frying pan or hotplate next to the burgers. Add the bacon and leave to cook. 

Put the slices of cheese on top of the burgers to melt and turn over the buns to cook the other side (½ minute per side). 

When the burgers and bacon are done, you’re ready to put everything together: put a burger on the bottom of a bun and then add the bacon, arugula, sliced tomato and onion rings.  

Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and add the top of the bun.
