Tasty shrimp tacos
Serves 4 It’s hard to believe that such a simple recipe could be so tasty and healthy. Once you’ve tried these shrimp tacos, you’ll never look back! #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 17 oz peeled raw shrimp 2 tbsp of STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp STAR Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp pepper 2 tbsp fresh heavy cream Juice of ½ lime 1 tbsp fried corn 8 corn or flour tortillas 1 sliced avocado 1 finely chopped onion Finely chopped parsley 1 chopped tomato 1 finely chopped green pepper Salt and pepper Instructions:Warm the tortillas in the oven and keep them warm.
Make the sauce by mixing the olive oil, lime juice, vinegar, spices and heavy cream together in a bowl. Set aside.
Finely chop the vegetables and set aside.
Fry the shrimp in olive oil in a frying pan until they’re golden brown. Take off the heat and mix with the vegetables. Stir well, add the sauce and fried corn and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the filling to the tacos… and you’re good to go!
