Let the wings come to room temperature (approximately 1 hour before preparation)

Place an oven rack 6 inches below the broiler heat source and set oven to broil.

If the wings are all intact, cut them at the two joints so you have 3 pieces per wing and put them into a large bowl.

Drizzle
olive oil and sprinkle flour over the top of the wings and toss to coat thoroughly.

Combine the hot sauce,
olive oil,
vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl and add the wings.

Toss the wings until completely coated.

Place wings on a sheet pan with foil and broil for 10 minutes.

While the wings are broiling, place the remaining sauce in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes then set aside.

Flip the wings, cook for 10 minutes then sprinkle the garlic over the wings and cook for another 5 minutes.
10.
Brush the wings with the heated sauce and place on a platter.
11.
Place the remaining sauce in a small dipping bowl and add to the platter along with a dipping bowl of blue cheese dressing. Touchdown!
