Stuffed Artichokes

Ingredients
8 medium artichokes
12.3 oz blue cheese
3.5 oz chopped walnuts
3.5 oz sliced Iberian ham
6.7 oz STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
STAR Garlic red wine vinegar
Instructions
1.
Clean and trim the artichokes. Steam them for 20 minutes.
2.
Crumble the cheese into a bowl and mix it with the walnuts and the ham. Stir.
3.
Stuff the artichokes, sprinkle them with
extra virgin olive oil
and bake them for 15 minutes at 392 ºF.
4.
Dress with
extra virgin olive oil
and
garlic red wine vinegar
to taste.
