Strawberry cobbler

Serves 6 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: For the base: 15.8 oz ripe strawberries 2.6 oz sugar One teaspoon lemon juice Two tablespoons cornstarch For the topping: 8 oz flour 4.2 oz sugar A pinch of salt 4.2 oz agreena 2.4 oz boiling water Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 662 F. In a bowl, combine the strawberries, sliced into small pieces, with the sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch. Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes so that the flavors combine, then pour it into a baking dish greased with agreena.

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt and agreena. Add the boiling water little by little and knead the dough with your hands until it forms a dense and homogeneous mixture.

Add tablespoons of the dough to the top of the strawberry mixture (they don’t need to be perfectly distributed; in fact, part of the charm of this dessert is its irregularity) and bake for about 40 minutes at 356 F until the strawberries are soft and the dough is cooked through. The cobbler can be served hot or cold. And if you top it with a scoop of ice cream, all the better!
