Spritz Cocktail
Serves 1 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 3.04 oz of Prosecco or cava Brut Rosé 2 oz Aperol 1 oz club soda 1 teaspoon STAR balsamic vinegar Garnish: an orange slice Instructions:Place a large ice cube in a glass (fill to about half).
Add the Prosecco, continue with the Aperol, then the club soda and the balsamic vinegar. Stir.
Serve with an orange slice as a garnish.
