Roasted chicken breasts
Serves #STARFineFoods Ingredients: Two whole chicken breasts cut into two pieces Three tablespoons of honey A splash of lemon juice Salt and pepper Two tablespoons of lemon peel aromatic oil Two tablespoons of STAR balsamic vinegar Instructions:Season the breasts and marinate them for a couple of hours wuth the mixture of lemon juice, honey, vinegar and oil.
Remove, and bake for about 10-12 minutes at 350 F.
Halfway through cooking, open the oven for a moment to sprinkle the breasts with a part of the marinade juice, to prevent them from drying out.
