Roast pork loin with balsamic vinegar glaze

Serves 5 Pork loin is a lean cut with high protein and very little fat. Follow this easy recipe for juicy, tasty roast pork. #STARFineFoods Ingredients: Fresh pork loin (around 2¼ lb) 1¼ oz Modena balsamic vinegar 1¾ oz brown sugar 2 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tsp honey Instructions:

Put all the ingredients except the pork into a freezer bag and seal tight. Mix the contents together until the salt and sugar have dissolved.

 

Add the pork to the freezer bag and leave to marinate for several hours (if possible in the fridge overnight).

Preheat the oven to 410 °F. Put the pork on an oven pan together with all the juices. Add a glass of water and bake for around an hour.

 

Take the meat out the oven and put the sauce in a saucepan. Add a teaspoonful of honey and warm over a medium heat until the sauce caramelizes.

 

Cut the meat into slices, pour the sauce on top, and serve.
