Pumpkin Pie

Beat the cooked pumpkin with the flour, the walnut milk and the cream, and heat it in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Gradually add the sugar and butter as you continue stirring. Add to this mixture olive oil. Set it aside to cool.
Add the eggs, beat everything together and pour the mixture into the pre-baked crust. Bake the pie in the oven at 350º F for 30-40 minutes, depending on how dense it is.
For the frosting, blend all the ingredients in a blender until the mixture forms a thick cream (add milk depending on the desired consistency.
Cover the pie with a layer of frosting and decorate it with some whole walnuts.
