Pumpkin Cheesecake

Serves #STARFineFoods Ingredients: Ingredients for the crust: 3.5 oz cookies 1.7 oz Agreena Bakery butter + 0.3 oz water --- Ingredients for the filling: 3 large eggs 9 oz pumpkin puree 5 oz 35% cream + 1.7 oz softened agreena Bakery butter 9 oz cream cheese 4.5 oz sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground ginger Instructions:

Prepare the pumpkin puree (peel, boil until soft, drain the excess water, mash, and let cool). Set aside.

Crush the cookies into a powder and mix with the melted agreena and the water. Transfer the mixture into the bottom of a cake pan and spread it out to form an even layer. Bake for in a preheated 256 F oven 8 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling: beat the eggs with the sugar until they turn white. Then add the cream, the softened agreena, the cream cheese and the spices. Finally, add the pumpkin puree and mix well.

Pour the filling over the crust.

Bake at 302 F for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Once that time has passed, turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside.
