Mini Pizzas for Breakfast

Measure the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Add the yeast mixture little by little into the center, mixing gradually. Add the oil and salt and knead the dough.
Let the dough rest at room temperature, covered with a kitchen towel, for about an hour.
After this time, halve the dough consecutively until you’ve made 8 equal portions. Flatten the dough pieces into discs and lay them on a baking sheet greased with a little extra-virgin olive oil (or on top of baking parchment).
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, followed by the mozzarella, the ham cut into small pieces and the olives.
Bake at 356 ºF for 15 minutes.
