Keto Egg Salad

Ingredients
4 medium eggs
3 cans of tuna in water
1 large ripe avocado
2.8 oz fresh spinach
2.5 oz sliced STAR black olives
1 teaspoon fresh dill
1 teaspoon thyme
A splash of STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions

Boil the eggs and let them cool in the fridge. Cut them into slices.

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the tuna, the avocado cut into cubes, the fresh spinach, the
olives
and the spices.
3.
Season the salad with salt and pepper and dress it with a splash of
extra virgin olive oil.
