Herbed Olives

Serves 6 Savory and refreshing, try this yummy new Herbed Olives recipe! #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 1/4 cup STAR® Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 sprigs fresh rosemary 3 sprigs fresh thyme 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1/2 tsp. whole peppercorns Grated peel and juice of 1/2 lemon 1 (7 oz.) jar STAR® Pimiento Stuffed Manzanilla Olives, drained Instructions:

In saucepan, combine olive oil, herb sprigs, garlic and peppercorns. Set over low heat just until seasonings become fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and peel.

Place olives in a shallow dish. Pour warm oil and seasonings over olives and toss gently.

Cover and let stand at least 2 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator up to two weeks in a covered jar (shake occasionally).

Serve.
