Crush the garlic with a mortar and pestle and add the extra virgin olive oil, the Parmesan, the parsley and the lemon juice (alternatively, blend all the ingredients in a blender).

Slice the bread and then use a brush to coat both sides with the oil and garlic mixture.

Bake in the oven at 392 ºF for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
