Easy and Delicious Pasta Recipe
Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 280 g spaghetti 4 sausages (frankfurters) 100 g cream cheese 50 g grated Emmental cheese A splash of STAR extra virgin olive oil A pinch of paprika Salt and pepper to taste Instructions:Cook the spaghetti in salted water following the manufacturer’s instructions. Set aside half a cup of the cooking water.
Slice the sausages. In a large skillet, brown them over medium heat in extra virgin olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cream cheese and paprika to the pan. Gradually add the reserved cooking water to create a creamy sauce.
Add the spaghetti and mix well until it is coated with the sauce. Add the grated Emmental and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
