Ingredients
250 g peeled shrimp
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons STAR Sunflower Blend Cooking Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
½ lemon
Instructions

Mince the garlic and brown it in a large frying pan with a splash of Sunflower Blend Cooking Oil.

Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.

Take them off the heat and sprinkle them with the lemon juice.
