Delicious Cauliflower Dip

Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 12 oz of cauliflower 1 oz of wheat flour One egg A tablespoon of garlic powder Salt and pepper STAR Extra-virgin olive oil --- For the Buffalo sauce: 2 oz of butter (or Agreena) 5 oz of Tabasco sauce A tablespoon of garlic powder One tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce A tablespoon of white sugar Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 392 F. Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower florets.

In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Dip the cauliflower pieces into beaten egg and then coat them with the flour.

Bake them on a sheet pan, drizzled with little STAR extra-virgin olive oil at 356 F for about 10 minutes.

To make the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the rest of the ingredients, except for the sugar. Finally add the sugar little by little and cook everything together for 10 minutes over low heat until the sauce is uniform in consistency.

Remove the cauliflower pieces from the oven, dip them in the Buffalo sauce and bake them again for about 5-10 more minutes, until they are al dente.
