Cupcake recipe for Father’s Day

Serves 4 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: For the cupcakes: 5 oz unsweetened yogurt  3 beaten eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 6 oz powdered sugar  1 teaspoon of baking powder 5 oz of flour (you can replace one tablespoon of flour with one of cocoa powder) 3.5 oz ground almonds 3.5 oz unsalted butter, melted 2.5 oz agreena, melted A pinch of salt --- For the frosting: 3.5 oz chocolate (milk or dark) 4 oz agreena + 0.7 oz water 5 oz powdered sugar --- To decorate: Nuts, candy, etc. Instructions:

Line a 12-cup cupcake pan with paper cupcake liners and preheat the oven to 374 F. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients with a pinch of salt and make a well in the middle. 

Add the melted butter to the yogurt mixture and stir. Quickly pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour the batter into the cups in the pan and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the cupcakes are golden brown, have risen and bounce back when touched. Let them cool for a few minutes. Then remove them from the pan and set them on a rack to cool completely. 

For the chocolate frosting, melt the chocolate in the microwave on high for 1½ minutes and let it cool. Beat the agreena with the water and powdered sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Add the chocolate and beat until smooth. Cover the cupcakes and chill them overnight in the fridge. The next day, frost the cupcakes and finish decorating to taste (nuts, candy, etc.).
