Cinnamon rolls

Serves Makes 15 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 1 lb 2 oz flour 1½ oz very cold butter 3 oz cold agreena 8,5 oz whole milk 1 egg 2 packets of dry yeast 2 oz sugar 1 teaspoon salt --- Ingredients for the filling: 1 oz melted butter 1½ oz melted agreena 2 oz brown sugar 3 teaspoons cinnamon --- Ingredients for the glaze: 1 egg white 4 oz powdered sugar Instructions:

Dissolve the yeast in the warmed milk. 

In the bowl of a stand mixer (or a large bowl if kneading by hand), pour in the yeast mixture along with the flour, salt, sugar and egg. Knead for 10 minutes. Mix in the butter and agreena, cut into pieces, and knead for 10 more minutes. 

Set the dough aside to rise in a container covered with a clean cloth for 1.5 hours. The dough should double in size. 

Meanwhile, prepare the cinnamon filling. In a bowl, mix the melted butter and agreena with the brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. 

Roll the dough onto a floured surface to form a rectangle. Spread the cinnamon filling all over the surface of the dough. 

Roll up the dough to form a cylinder. Cut into slices and lay the pieces into a round pan, side by side. 

Cover the pan with a clean cloth and let the rolls rise from 45 minutes to an hour. 

Preheat the oven to 350 F. 

Bake the cinnamon rolls for 25 minutes. 

Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. Mix the powdered sugar and egg yolk. Once the rolls have cooled, pour the glaze over them in a thin layer.
