Christmas smoothie
Serves #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 1 banana 1 Greek yogurt ½ beetroot Chia seeds Handful of almonds 1 small cup of strawberries 1.5 oz Borges Natura walnut drink Instructions:Peel and cube the banana and blend with the Greek yogurt. Pour the mixture into a transparent glass.
Peel and cube the raw beetroot and the strawberries and blend them with the walnut drink. Adjust the amount of walnut drink to give the desired thickness. You don’t want it too runny, as the idea is for the two mixtures to remain separate in the glass.
Carefully pour the beetroot and strawberry smoothie into the glass on top of the banana mixture to give you a two-tone effect. Top off with some crushed almonds and chia seeds.
