Chocolate Truffles

Serves #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 tablespoon agreena Bakery Butter 1 tablespoon of water 2 tablespoons heavy cream 2 cups sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup dark chocolate 70% finely chopped 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup cocoa powder for coating the truffles Instructions:

Mix the unsalted butter with the tablespoon of agreena and the tablespoon of water and bring to a gentle boil (medium heat); add the cream and the condensed milk.

Add the chocolate and cocoa powder and continue cooking over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture has a dense and creamy consistency (approximately 15 minutes).

Place it in a bowl and let it cool until it sets (at least 4 hours).

Using a spoon, form into small balls. Roll each truffle in the cocoa powder until evenly coated. Chill in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
