Chocolate mousse cookies

Serves Makes 17 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 10¼ oz flour 4 oz agreena at room temperature 0,8 oz milk 2 eggs 5½ oz sugar 13 oz chocolate mousse 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 340F. 

Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside. 

In a bowl, combine the agreena with the sugar and beat until combined. Mix in the vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well in between. Sift the flour and baking powder together and add. Knead the mixture until it is uniform and doesn’t stick to your hands (add more flour if necessary). Chill in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.

Cut out circles of dough on lay them on a baking sheet. Place a teaspoon of chocolate mousse in the center of each one. Cover with another circle of dough. Continue until all the cookies are done.

Bake for 12 minutes at 330  until the cookies are golden brown. Take them out of the oven and let them cool.
