Cereal Prawns

Serves 6 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 500 g medium prawns, peeled and deveined A splash of STAR Sunflower Blend Cooking Oil 3 cloves of garlic 250 g of cereal, like cornflakes 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon powdered milk Salt and pepper Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until fully done, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Add the minced garlic to the same pan and cook for a couple of minutes. Add more oil if necessary.

Add the cereal crushed, soy sauce, sugar and powdered milk. Stir until the cereal is incorporated into the mixture.

Reduce the heat slightly, add the prawns to the pan and mix well, ensuring they are covered in the crunchy mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
