The Best Turkey Seasoning

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Port wine
2 tablespoons stock of your choice
1 tablespoon STAR Golden Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1.
Heat the port wine and stock in a saucepan and simmer until it reduces by half.
2.
Add the
golden balsamic vinegar
and the
oil
and cook for 4-5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken. Season to taste.
3.
Serve in a gravy boat to accompany turkey or another piece of meat.
