Place the sliced potatoes and chopped onion in a microwave safe bowl. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little
oil and then heat in the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum power (or bake for about 20 minutes at 356 ºF).

Set the salmon in a baking dish on top of the potatoes and onion. Lay a couple lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet and squeeze the rest of the lemon juice over the ingredients. Then add the herbs.

Bake for about 10 minutes at 356ºF.
