Avocado and strawberry toast
Serves 1 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: One ripe avocado Cream cheese spread A handful of strawberries A handful of walnuts A dash of STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil A dash of Modena vinegar Instructions:Toast a slice of bread and spread cream cheese on it.
Peel and cut the avocado into thin strips vertically and place it on the toast with cheese.
Slice the strawberries and cover the avocado with them.
Finish with some crumbled walnuts and a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt.
