Apple and chocolate cake
Serves 6 #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 1 packet of shortcrust pastry 3 large apples 7 oz dark chocolate 4 spoonfuls of sugar (or substitute) 2 eggs 1 glass of Borges Natura walnut drink STAR Extra light olive oil Instructions:Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and glass of Borges Natura walnut drink and mix together.
Put the pastry into a circular mould greased with olive oil. Pour the melted chocolate into the mould. Peel and cut the apples into 5 mm thick slices and arrange on top of the melted chocolate.
Pour the egg, sugar and walnut drink mixture on top and put in the over at 392 ºF.
Bake for 25 minutes and serve warm.
