A delicious (vegan!) chocolate cake

Serves #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 10,5 oz flour 0,06 US gal veggie milk 2,5 oz cocoa 1½ teaspoonfuls of baking powder 0,03 US gal STAR olive oil 1 teaspoonful of STAR apple balsamic glaze 6 oz brown sugar 1 pinch of salt Instructions:

Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add the STAR olive oil, apple balsamic glaze and veggie milk. Mix together with a fork until you get a smooth, lump-free mixture. Use a blender if necessary.

Preheat the oven to 340 °F, with top and bottom heat. Turn the mixture into a suitable tin and bake for about 50 minutes. Before taking it out of the oven, use this simple trick to make sure it’s ready.

Leave to cool and enjoy!
