Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
14 oz fresh watermelon
3.5 oz feta
1 small apple
2.8 oz black olives
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
A few basil leaves

For the vinaigrette:
2.8 oz crushed hazelnuts
1.7 oz STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
A pinch of fresh rosemary
Salt
Instructions
1.
Slice the watermelon into cubes and place it in a bowl. Add the diced feta, the chopped apple and the halved olives. Top with sesame seeds and basil.
2.
For the vinaigrette, mix the hazelnuts,
extra-virgin olive oil
, lemon juice, fresh rosemary and salt.
3.
Add the vinaigrette to the salad and combine. Serve garnished with some fresh basil leaves.
