Ingredients
4½ oz mixed lettuce
2 oz walnuts
Handful of black olives
4 radishes
3½ oz feta cheese
½ spring onion
2¾ US fl oz extra-virgin olive oil
A little lime juice
1 soupspoonful of white wine vinegar

Put the mixed lettuce, half the walnuts, the olives, the crumbled feta cheese and the sliced radishes and spring onion in a bowl.
