Ingredients
14 oz beef tenderloin or top round
1 red onion
4 pickles
2 teaspoons capers
1 bunch chives
2 teaspoons djon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Ground black pepper
A handful of STAR sundried tomatoes
One drizzle of STAR organic extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

Cut the beef into extremely small cubes and store in the refrigerator.

For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together with the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped capers and chopped onion (maintain the same size of cuts for all ingredients), just leaving the pickles to finish the dish.

Mix the dressing with cold beef just before eating, finish with organic olive oil and pickles cut vertically.
