Spaghetti puttanesca

Ingredients
14 oz spaghetti
12.35 oz crushed tomato
3.5 oz STAR pimiento stuffed
4 anchovies
0.5 oz capers
A splash of STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 garlic clove
1 chilli pepper
3.5 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1.
Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions.
2.
Heat the garlic and chilli pepper in a frying pan with a splash of
extra-virgin olive oil.
3.
Add the anchovies and cook until they break down.
4.
Add the crushed tomato and cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes. Taste the sauce and add a pinch of sugar if necessary.
5.
Add the
olives
and capers and cook for a few more minutes.
6.
Add the spaghetti, season with salt and pepper, mix well and serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
