Rice salad

Ingredients
2 cups white rice
1 red onion
2 tomatoes
1 can pickles
1 can corn
1 can tuna

For the sauce:
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons STAR apple vinegar
5 tablespoons STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1.
Cook the rice and leave to cool (or rinse under cold water). Add the chopped onion and tomatoes and sliced pickles. Add the corn and shredded tuna.
2.
Mix the remaining ingredients together to make a smooth sauce. Add to the rice. Stir and leave to cool in the fridge.
