Easy appetizer: Olive hummus

Ingredients
400 g cooked chickpeas
35 g
STAR Organic Kalamata olives
35 g
STAR Garlic and Jalapeño stuffed green olives
½ lemon
A pinch of ground cumin
A pinch of salt
70 ml
STAR extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon tahini
Instructions
1.
Blend all the ingredients in a blender
2.
Serve the hummus with pita bread or sliced vegetables.
3.
*We recommend reserving some of the
olive juice
in case the hummus is too thick and you’d like to thin it out.
