Boil the macaroni following the instructions on the package, strain and set aside. Peel the garlic and remove the green germ from the center.

Add to the walnuts, Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast, basil, walnut drink and STAR extra-virgin olive oil and blend. Add salt and pepper and blend some more.

Serve the sauce with the pasta and top it with some toasted walnuts.
