Easy Korean Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1 large cucumber
1 medium onion sliced into thin strips
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons STAR vinegar rice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon gochuragu (Korean red pepper flakes)
Instructions
1.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices (and then in half).
2.
In a salad bowl, mix the cucumber with the onion, finely chopped garlic, sesame oil,
extra virgin olive oil
,
vinegar
, gochuragu and sesame seeds.
3.
Mix well and add a teaspoon of sugar (optional). Serve as a side dish to accompany meat or fish.
