Korean Carrot Salad

A good recipe for a quick and healthy meal!
Ingredients
500 g carrots
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cayenne powder
2 tablespoons white vinegar
50 ml STAR extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
1.
Peel the carrots and slice them into thin strips, julienne style, using a grater or a sharp knife.

Place the carrots in a large glass jar with a lid and add the finely chopped garlic, salt, cayenne powder, and
white vinegar
.
3.
Heat the
oil
in a small saucepan and carefully pour it over the garlic and spice mixture to enhance the flavors.
4.
Stir well and let it rest in the refrigerator to let the flavors blend. You can eat it immediately, but it will be even better the next day.
