21.1 oz chicken breasts, cut into squares or strips.
Two eggs
3.5 oz almond flour
STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon almond milk
A splash of lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Instructions

Season the chicken with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Beat the eggs and add a tablespoon of almond milk.

Dip the chicken in the beaten egg, dredge it in the almond flour, and then fry it in plenty of extra-virgin olive oil, ensuring the chicken is completely covered in the oil (a saucepan is ideal).
