Ingredients
50 STAR pimiento stuffed queen olives
1 plate of all-purpose flour, set in a plate
4 eggs, beaten in a bowl
1 plate of breadcrumbs, set in a plate
1/2 cup Intense STAR Optima deep frying oil (Sunflower or Canola)
Instructions
1.
Dip the
stuffed olives
in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs, in that order.
2.
Fry them in the
olive oil
, turning them until they are golden brown all around.
3.
Serve them over a salad of baby greens or as an appetizer.
