Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.

For the sauce, brown the spring onion in
extra virgin olive oil in a deep saucepan and then add the mushrooms and prawns. Cook them for a few minutes, pour in the
apple cider vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and continue cooking for a while longer, stirring constantly.

Add the pasta to the pan, stir and cook everything together for a few minutes. Garnish with basil leaves.
