Wash the potatoes and slice them in half. Set the slices in a bowl.

Season with the remaining ingredients and mix with your hands until the potatoes are evenly coated

Spread Parmesan cheese all over the base of a baking dish that has been greased with
extra-virgin olive oil and place the potatoes upside down. Bake at 356 ºF for 30 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
