Easy pasta with Broccoli

Ingredients
3.5 cups uncooked penne rigate
4 cups of broccoli, stems removed
2 tbsp STAR Extra Virgin olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup grated or thinly shaved parmesan cheese
Instructions
1.
Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions.

Cut the broccoli into florets.
3.
Heat
STAR extra virgin olive oil
in a deep-frying saucepan and cook the garlic until golden brown. Remove garlic and set aside.
4.
Add broccoli to same saucepan, cover and allow to cook, stirring occasionally.
5.
When broccoli is cooked through, add the strained pasta, the garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with parmesan cheese on top.
