The best cucumber salad in only 3 steps. Fresh, healthy and really tasty!
Ingredients
2 large cucumbers
100 g cherry tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
50 g red onion
50 g STAR pitted kalamata olives
2 tablespoons STAR red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons STAR extra virgin olive oil
½ lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Slice the cucumbers thinly and put them in a salad bowl. Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the pepper sliced into small strips, and the onion cut into thin slices. Add the sliced black olives.
