Mix the melted butter, milk, eggs and sugar in a bowl. Add the flour little by little, sifting it into the bowl. Add the baking powder.

Stir until the batter is smooth.

With a very hot pan drizzled with
extra-light olive oil, pour in some batter until it forms a pancake of the desired size. As the first side is cooking, add a few fresh blueberries. Flip it over and cook it on the other side.

You can serve these pancakes with lots of different toppings: blueberry jam, Greek yogurt, chocolate shavings, banana slices, maple syrup, and so on. Let your imagination run wild!
