Peel and slice the fruit into small pieces. Reserve the orange and lemon peel.

Place the peeled fruit along with the orange and lemon peel in a container. Add the wine, sugar and
STAR cider vinegar. Chill at least two hours in the refrigerator. Serve the sangría very cold, with lots of ice. When serving, make sure the pieces of fruit don’t fall into the glass.
