15-Minute Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
400 g fusilli
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 kg crushed tomatoes
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon fresh oregano
A splash of STAR extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Brown the onion and garlic in a deep frying pan with a generous splash of STAR
extra virgin olive oil
.
3.
Add the tomato, season with salt and pepper, cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium-low heat. Add the oregano.
4.
Drain the pasta, transfer it to the pan and stir. Serve topped with grated Parmesan and a few fresh basil leaves, if you like.
