This white balsamic is the premium / high-density version of our classic range. The density is obtained by the high content of grape that must be sourced from high-quality white varieties resulting in an intense, sweet taste and a very fresh aroma. It does not change the color of other ingredients in dishes. Aged in the best oak barrels.
