Did you know that you can make irresistible French fries without frying? But be warned: they can be very addictive! 

  • Simply slice the potatoes and soak them in ice water for 10 minutes to remove the excess starch.  
  • Sprinkle them with salt, pepper and your favorite herbs and spices and bake them for about 20 minutes at 410 F, before turning the temperature up to 500 F for the final 5 minutes until they’re golden brown and deliciously crispy. 

Now that you’ve got yourself a healthy, tasty serving of fries, all you’re missing is a low-calorie sauce to go with them, so let your imagination run wild!
