Delicious, easy to prepare and perfect for any meal!
Ingredients
400 g white fish fillets (hake, cod, etc.)
200 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
1 large egg
50 ml cold beer or sparkling water
A splash of STAR Sunflower blend cooking oil
9 corn tortillas
½ head of red cabbage
1 carrot
70 g mayonnaise
Fresh cilantro
1 lime
Instructions

Slice the fish into medium-sized strips and dry it well with paper towels. Set it aside.

Prepare the batter by mixing the flour, salt, paprika, egg, and beer (or sparkling water). Stir well until the texture is smooth and thick.

Heat plenty of STAR Sunflower blend cooking oil in a deep frying pan or saucepan. When the oil reaches 180 °C, coat the fish strips in the batter and fry them until golden brown. Set them on paper towels.

Lightly heat the tortillas in a dry pan.

Assemble the tacos with a base of shredded red cabbage and grated carrots. Add the fried fish and top each taco, with a dollop of cold mayonnaise and some fresh cilantro.

Serve with a slice of lime for a fresh, citrusy touch.
