                                    Preheat the grill over high heat.

                                    In a bowl, mix the 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil  with the 
balsamic vinegar. Coat the Brussels sprouts with this mixture (using a brush is ideal). Season them with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.

                                    Cook the sprouts for 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown (cut them in half if you want them to cook faster).

                                    Finish with a splash of lime juice a few minutes before taking them off the heat.
